Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. To ensure we can assist you as quickly as possible, please email us at info@shadedbyshanell.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. (Please include your order number in the subject line).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Exchanges
We do not accept or offer exchanges.

 

Cancelations

Due to our expedited shipping, orders are unable to be modified or cancelled after being placed.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Any packages returned to us without approval will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used towards subscriptions.
